Persistence — Todo
Persistence todo list with tasks flagged by priority

Tasks, journal, habits and time blocking for ADHD.
Everything you need to keep going, nothing you don't.

  • ADHD-friendly todo list

Capture what's on your mind in a keystroke. Sort by what's urgent, not what's loudest.

  • Micro-journal & mood

One sentence is enough. Tag how you felt, notice the patterns, move on.

  • Gentle habit tracker

Build streaks gently. Miss a day without losing the thread or the momentum.

  • Time blocking planner

Give the day a shape. Drag tasks and habits onto a calm, snap-to-grid timeline.

  • Progress statistics

Watch small steps add up. Quiet charts that reward showing up, not perfection.

A private todo app: no telemetry, no tracking.

Persistence is a small, independent app. The only services involved are the ones that make it work — a sync backend and Stripe for payments. Nothing else is watching. Read the privacy page.

  • No telemetry

Zero analytics, tracking pixels, or fingerprinting — on the site and in the app. We can't watch what you do, and we don't want to.

  • Your data is yours

Your tasks and notes are stored for one reason: syncing your devices. Never sold, mined, or handed to advertisers.

  • You're the customer

Premium is the entire business model. You pay for the app, so you're not the product — no ads, no data brokers.

Loved by people who've quit every other productivity app.

  • The first app that doesn't make me feel behind. Missing a day just isn't a big deal anymore, so I actually keep coming back.

  • I've abandoned a dozen productivity apps. This one is quiet enough that my brain doesn't bounce off it. Two months and counting.

  • Capturing a task in one keystroke changed everything. The thought lands somewhere before it slips away.

Frequently asked questions

What is Persistence?
Persistence is a calm ADHD todo list, micro-journal, habit tracker and time-blocking planner in one app. It runs on the web at persistence.sh and as native apps for macOS, Windows, Linux and Android, all in sync.
Is Persistence free?
Yes. The Free plan includes up to 7 tasks, 7 notes and 7 habits plus time blocking, statistics and mood tracking, with no time limit and no card required. Premium removes the limits.
Why is it good for ADHD?
Capture is one keystroke, habits forgive a missed day instead of breaking a streak, the journal is a single line with a mood tag, and time blocking makes the day visible. There are no guilt mechanics and very little to configure.
Does Persistence track me?
No. There's zero analytics, telemetry or tracking on the site or in the app. Your data is stored only to sync your devices, and Premium subscriptions are the entire business model.
Can I reset or delete my account?
Yes, at any time, from Settings → Danger zone. Reset erases everything you've created and gives you an empty app with the same login and plan; Delete removes your account, cancels any Premium subscription immediately and erases all your data for good. No emails, no waiting period.
Which platforms does it run on?
Any modern browser, plus native apps for macOS (Apple Silicon and Intel), Windows, Linux (AppImage, .deb, .rpm) and Android. iOS is coming soon.

Take it wherever you go.

Install the native app or open it in your browser — your data syncs everywhere you sign in.
